Dr. McDermott also has distinguished himself by supervision of student degree programs. He has directed, codirected, or been a member of 27 doctoral committees and 73 master committees while at the University of South Florida. Many of his students have become significant researchers and contributors to the profession in their own right. In summary, Dr. McDermott is a consummate professional.
